Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TeaNOURISH. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened teas in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened teas due to their perishable nature. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have any questions about our return & exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
